RSE Control Systems is delighted to welcome Amber Integrated Control & Automation into the company, after acquiring the business earlier this month.
Based in the south of the UK, Amber will continue to operate independently in servicing their existing valued customers, primarily in the climate control, smoke control, natural ventilation and solar shading markets, with the added support of RSE Control Systems and the wider portfolio. The acquisition will accelerate our collective growth ambitions to achieve business plan objectives and will complement our combined existing and future aspirations.
The acquisition of Amber provides RSE Control Systems with an additional 22 highly skilled resources, taking RSE Control Systems to over 80 employees across the UK, and a further manufacturing facility strategically located in the Hampshire area.
