TCS are delighted to welcome our two new apprentices for 2016, Callum & Thomas who started in October. As part of a 2-year programme they will be working throughout all departments whilst attending Leeds City College on day release as part of an Engineering Extended Diploma (level 3) scheme.

TCS are pleased to support young engineers looking for their first work experience in a modern manufacturing workplace.

This investment in the company’s future, is in addition to TCS’s ongoing investment in full-time permanent staff during 2016.Since the beginning of 2016, the company workforce has a net gain in full-time permanent staff of around 10%. This reflects our continuously growing order book from long-term clients, frameworks, traditional market areas and new market opportunities.
